Brett H. Schultz, Esq. is the Managing Attorney of Law Offices of Brett H. Schultz, P.A., where he specializes in the area of Divorce & Family Law. After representing hundreds of abused, neglected, and abandoned children as a Case Coordinator and Attorney with the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Guardian Ad Litem Program in Miami-Dade County, Mr. Schultz founded his practice in 2006, where he continues to provide legal representation to clients who are enduring extremely difficult and emotional circumstances. Mr. Schultz prides himself on resolving these type of challenges by carefully listening to his clients’ needs and desires, by assessing all of the relevant legal issues, and by implementing a cost-effective and efficient strategy to pursue his client’s objectives.
Mr. Schultz received his B.A. degree in Psychology with Distinction from the University at Buffalo in New York, and subsequently earned his Juris Doctorate at New York Law School in Manhattan. He is admitted to practice before all state courts in Florida, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and the Supreme Court of Florida.
Mr. Schultz is a professional member of the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar, the North Dade Bar Association, and the Phi Delta Phi International Legal Honor Society. He is also a Certified Guardian Ad Litem Attorney in the state of Florida.
